royalbazaar @mrsdurnford Thankyes, busy as always LOL! Truly if you are stumped.. (?) just ask...:) The moment you sell something, posh knows they will send a shipping label for you to print out to your (given) e mail address. Then either schedule a pick up with your local PO or drop it off,mail time usually takes 2/3 days,if the item is over $500 it will pass enroute through posh for authentication before reaching the buyer... posh will repack and forward, once the buyer has the item they have 3 days to

royalbazaar @mrsdurnford submita complaint, open a case... the seller can respond to the case, or just let posh decide :) Funds are released to the seller after 3 days. Hope this helps... :) Stay Safe!!
