sunshinefit1115 @mafebatallas Hi, glad you received it. We didn’t set up a password, as it was never used. Try these steps: Put the watch on the charger and keep it there until you complete these steps Press and hold the side button until you see Power Off Press and hold the Digital Crown until you see Erase all content and settings Tap reset, then tap Reset again to confirm Wait for the process to finish, then set up your Apple Watch Let me know how it goes. Thanks.

mafalda13 @sunshinefit1115 hi there, I’m so sorry bothering you again. I’m trying to set up and it’s telling it’s paired to your account and need to be unpaired. Can you help me with it please. You need to go to your Apple account and delete the watch. I’m sorry.

mafalda13 @sunshinefit1115 Apple customer service is asking me to contact you and ask you to log in to your Apple ID on http://icloud.com and remove the Apple Watch on your account, so I can use it.

sunshinefit1115 @mafebatallas Hi, give it a try now and let me know. Sorry about that, I didn’t realize my son went as far as to pair it to his iPhone, yet it never made it to his actual wrist lol ;-)
