You will be notified if something sells via Poshmark (when you’re logged in) and through a message sent to the email address associated with your Posh account. When logged in to Posh, click on the “News” section and this is where you’ll find information about orders, offers, and likes you have on any items.
If you’re using the mobile Posh app, you can also set-up notifications to alert you when an item sells or if an offer is made.

@mdrobinette — Once an item sells, a shipping label will be automatically sent to you via email. All you need to do is print the label and tape it on the package. You can actually obtain free boxes at the US Post Office - just make sure to pick up the ones labeled “Priority Mail.”
It is against Poshmark policy to sell listed items privately. When users ask to make a transaction outside of Posh, I simply thank the user for their interest and politely ask them to make an offer through Posh only.

@mdrobinette — Happy to give you some more info! Here’s Posh’s explanation of the public price drop feature:
“When a seller drops the price of a listing by 10% or more, Poshmark will notify every user who has liked the item directly in their Poshmark newsfeed.” Posh also will send the liker an email.
The following much also apply;
• Only applies to items with final minimum price of at least $10
• Price drop must be 10% lower than the lowest historical
price of that listing

@mdrobinette — If you send a private offer to likers, a notification will appear in your Newsfeed. The price of your listing displayed to the public doesn’t change and is only visible for a limited time (24 hours) to the item’s likers. If you click on the offer notification from your feed, you will see the users it was sent to and time remaining. The following must also be met to send an offer:
• Offer must be 10% lower than lowest historical price
• You must send a shipping discount with offer

@mdrobinette — Based on your question, I’m wondering if perhaps you aren’t seeing a notification because you’re editing the public listing price, which doesn’t display in your Newsfeed. The other possibility is that you didn’t lower the price by 10% or more from your lowest historical listing price.
I hope this information helps! If I misunderstood your question at all please don’t hesitate to let me know and I’d be happy to provide additional info.

@mdrobinette — Ah, I see. This can happen if a user likes the listing, but then unlikes it at some point. For instance, a user may accidentally like a listing when browsing your closet or sharing an item, which will show up in your notifications. Even if that user unlikes the listing immediately, it will remain in your Newsfeed/notifications and you will not get an alert that it was “unliked.”
Hopefully that makes sense and sorry for my initial misunderstanding!

Open a Case throw Poshmark. They will give you the shipping label you need and it’s free then once I receive the shoes Poshmark automatically returns your money from my balance at Poshmark. I will mail you a refund once my Poshmark direct deposited goes through.

Did you forget to credit me or refund the money I spent ($27.57) for the black with white star shoes size 7.5 that I returned to you on July 28? My credit card has not be refunded, nor have I received a check for the returned shoes. You assured me of this refund when the sale money was deposited in your account. @bevmarshall I sent you a cash refund. About 2 weeks ago I don’t use checks and there’s no way for me to credit it back to your credit card. The mail in my area has been very slow lately. I mailed it the same day I sent my car insurance they haven’t received it either. If you haven’t gotten it by Monday send me a message and I’ll resend it. Sorry about that. I ordered a comforter for myself 3 months ago and I just got it a couple days ago no joke.
