@mbahary It was confusing to me they approved a refund, when they should have seen our messages! Of course a refund is appropriate if u want one, but I just needed guidance on how to go about getting u a replacement item. I appreciate your patience, and will let u know their answer asap;)

@mbahary Yes, that is what I was confused about as well. I sent them an email to clarify I didn't need the broken one back, and how i can go about getting another label to ship the replacement. Im just waiting to hear what they say. I would have thought they wouldve read our msgs in the case prior to deciding, so i sent an email to clear it up.

@mbahary 2.) You can go through with the refund. I honestly prefer to just send out the new necklace, and if the refund goes through too, so be it at this point. I am willing to take the loss, as it is not fair for u to have to wait for posh support to help us. I am sending out a mystery box, and 1 other item on Monday, so I if u are ok with me sending it outside of poshmark, I will will just ship it then. ☺ Just let me know❤

@instaboutique I’m just afraid that Poshmark says “why did you not ship back the broken necklace?”. And so withhold the funds, that way neither one of us will have the possession of the money. Even though they wanted me to return it by May 3, yesterday but I’m still better off to ship it back today. It’s sad that neither one of us got benefit of it.

I just shipped it. I agree a broken necklace was not worth it my time to spend and shipping it. But Poshmark didn’t read our comments and didn’t reply to you. So I had no choice but returning it. And now they are going to check with you to see if you have received it. Then they will refund my money. However thank you for considering sending it one new one to me anyway.

@mbahary Yes I did! I even checked with Poshmarkcwhen support finally contacted me to see if you received it, but I guess this answers my question😤. I did send it through regular mail though, as priority was ridiculously expansive. Ugh this is not good news!! Maybe did the post drop one of those pink tickets to pick up at the office? Did PM refund your $??

@mbahary I even got in a tiff w/ PM, because they were mad I sent out another item. I said, if u had relied ONCE to my boatload of email u can say that, but no one did for weeks! Besides I don't know how me sending out another item even affects them?! I am just aggrevated over this whole situation, between PM and the P.O., it is like a bad joke! I only ever get 5🌟 reviews! Please try to check with your local P.O., and let me know if they have it, ill do the same. Boy this is such a nightmare!

Now, I know you are not a scammer, but this is perfect breeding ground for scams here on PM. It leaves a really uneasy feeling, and I WISH posh would upgrade their support! I mean this is going to cost me three $100+ necklaces by the end, and I didnt reveive a penny! You have been put out, and Im not even sure u got refunded...wow what a mess!

I had them listed as a size 9 but I just went onto the Ted Baker website it indicates a size 40 is a US 9.5. I also think their shoes run a little small. i just wanted to know if you are still interested before I mail them out today. @mbahary I am also a size 8 and they fit me and I am able to walk in them without them slipping off. I can also throw in a pair of those sticky pads you put on the inside back of the shoes. Unfortunately I will not accept returns. if you are a true 8 as I am I don't think you will have a problem but you let me know. Thank you
