casarucci @cassonia701 Hi Cassonia, I went to the post office yesterday to check on it. And the estimated time of the box to get here is on Monday. And I will go there on Monday again. I haven’t heard from PoshmArk since I made the inquiry.

Our records show that this package has been experiencing tracking/routing issues with USPS and should be shipped back to you shortly. However, if there is no update with the following tracking number by 4/6, please reach back out to us so that we can further assist you with this order.

casarucci @cassonia701 Hi yes, I went to the post office and it’s still not there. The last scan was on March 29 said it was coming back to me and after that, there has been no scan. But I will keep checking the post office and update you. And yes, please update me too what PoshmArk says.

posher107 @ammichie It looks like the forward was processed and is on its way to you as of 3:30 yesterday. I guess it arrived to the PO and is now being sent to you. You can use the tracking number to search and see the message.

casarucci @cassonia701 Hi Cassonia from what I read on here I have to go to the post office to mail it overnight delivery. And the buyer is to pay the shipping fee. Are you ok with that, to pay the shipping fee?

casarucci @cassonia701 But if I mail it through PoshmArk with their options here; Labels for packages over 5 pounds will incur an extra label upgrade fee to be paid for by the seller. And I’m ok with that. Since it was delayed I am willing to pay for the cost of the shipping fee plus the upgrade fee. This is an irregular box and pretty big so if you want overnight I can definitely do it too but it will cost you a lot in my estimate. Let me know. I’ll do whatever you wish.

casarucci I never cancelled it. In fact yesterday I received an email from PoshmArk asking me if I want a new shipping label sent to me and I said yes please send me a new shipping label. Here’s part of their email: Please reply to this email to confirm you are able to re-ship the item and we will send you a new shipping label. If you would like to cancel the order, please let us know so we can refund the buyer. Happy Poshing! Poshmark Community Team
