hi Miyoung. I shipped your package a while ago but don't see updates and so I contacted Canada Post yesterday. I didn't get any other info besides them giving me notification to my email. I am hoping his finally gives you more info soon!

@janesohn glad you finally got them and like them! Yes as far as I know they are genuine! I bought two pairs from Amazon (not third party seller) and kept the reserve style instead of these. There's a card in the box... please note the suede cleaning sponge isn't the original though. My box didn't have one for some reason so kept it, but that sponge I added to your box works just as great for cleaning up the suede! You are welcome to double check somehow, if you don't believe they are genuine!
