bboopers54 I do hope you wear the dress and good health. I really love your dress when I purchased it but I never did get the chance to wear it. Please enjoy and accept my apologies for the broken loop and as far as address being called out I actually folded that dress put it in the plastic but because the box was fairly small maybe it look like it was balled up I guess I should’ve sent it in a larger box please accept my apologies. adornedcrown To clean the Betsey Johnson necklace: Mix together one drop each of baby shampoo and water (regular jewelry cleaners, usually meant for the real deal, are too harsh to use on costume pieces). Use a soft toothbrush or Q-Tip to clean hard-to-reach spots. Rinse off quickly in cool water and dry with a clean, soft hand towel or microfiber cloth. Use a hairdryer on the cool setting to be sure each piece is totally dry.

This is truly disappointing and I have never had this happen, but I assume if you believe somebody took them from the mailbox that possibly poshmark would be able to reimburse you?
