Hi! I'm Mo. Some of my favorite brands are CACHE, CACHE, CACHE .... I lost my entire wardrobe in Hurricane Katrina, rebuilt it, moved northwest to Walker, and just lost my entire wardrobe again, 90% of it was Cache in the great flood of 8/13/16. I also lost the other 10% of my wardrobe brands Coach, Nike, Louis Vuitton, CHANEL, and Michael Kors.

mhibbs Thank you everyone for ur well wishes n prayers they are needed most. I have Wells Fargo as my mortgage company. I've been paying my mortgage that has flood wind hazard and taxes wrapped up in it for escrow. Apparently I got flooded in August 2016. I called to file a claim to learn Wells Fargo has failed to pay my flood insurance for the past 5 years.

mhibbs N the money $7500 of overpayments is NOT in my account and nobody can tell me where's my overpayment. To make matters worse Wells Fargo has taken out my escrow another $1500 to force place flood insurance on my home cuz they claim I recently went from a zone X to zone A. Thursday I went to my planning n zoning commission and they wrote a letter on behalf stating my home was and always has been in a zone A required flood insurance area

mhibbs . I have these thieves on tape recorder telling me they are having an issue with two of their vendors. One vendor Corlogistics has me in a zone X no flood insurance required. And their other vendor Service Link who is their primary vendor has me in a zone A required flood insurance.

mhibbs The girl then asked me ..., it's ok though Miss Hibbs what flood zone would you like to be in because if you don't want to pay flood I can just go ahead and change it in the system to a zone X and scan the corlogistics flood very into our system. I asked for a copy of it she said its under dispute do I can't give you anything. NOBODY will give me a copy of my escrow break down.

To make matters worse can they get worse yes .... they did a lenders in place policy acknowledging they screwed up and I have $80k in damages to my $300k home in which I put my life savings down $100k cash money so I could afford my dream home n financial $200k.

mhibbs The insurance e company made the check payable to Wells Fargo n myself and mailed it to Wells Fargo to endorse n mail to me so I can endorse deposit n start my repairs.

mhibbs Wells Fargo deposited the entire check into my escrow account without MY signature. Also when I called in to track things down and was going through the verification on confirming my identity when complete a recording came on n informed me that once again my flood insurance has been cancelled and once again the money has disappeared and has not been put back into my escrow.

I've written to every news station, every politician and filed a formal complaint with attorney general, insurance commissioner, bbb, consumer protection agency and to no avail it appears I'm in this all alone. I've taken it to social media and have found 5 other residents of Livingston parish Ascension & East Baton Rouge parishes who are in the exact same boat as me with Wells Fargo.

mhibbs @alexrybak12 awe thank you ... that's so sweet. Cache is my favourite. Almost everything in my closet was Cache. I hate that the store closed. My favourite style shirt is the snap front it comes all different solids m prints and long short and sleeveless tops. If you come across any of them I'm a size large. It's all I wear to work. I had them on the bottom part of my closet and not one of them survived.

They've been sitting on my insurance money now for 75+ days and refusing to release one penny to me. I've been having a building permit for 60 days waiting in them!

mhibbs My 10 year old son and I have been living upstairs in my second floor and two weeks ago I had to rush my son to the ER for chronic nosebleeds, chronic migraine headaches and memory loss. He was diagnosed with toxic mold poisoning.

mhibbs Per the ER docs instructor I followed up the next day with his pediatrician who echoed his findings and now we have a follow with an infectious disease pediatric specialist. I too have mold poisoning. We have not returned to the house. Fema put us up in a Fema motel and we are awaiting our FEMA trailer now. I'm outraged.

mhibbs I've been taping Wells Fargo phone calls and between their lies and manipulation on my tales and post marked stamped envelopes on mailed documents I can prove fraud on several counts beyond a reasonable doubt. They sent me a settlement offer of $25k but it was more hush money cuz it was all about a gag order!! I've filed formal complaints with the LA Attorney Generals office, LA insurance commissioner, and the CFPB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
