Let me know if everything’s ok inside the package. If the outside box looks damaged in anyway take pictures before opening it. As I mentioned before cut the 2nd box open over a bed it might be slippery with all the packing material tape etc. if it doesn’t light just change the lightbulb. All that handling may have loosened the Filament. Let me know when you have it.
