acgroden Hi: received your rating. Not sure I understand why 4 star rating for being smaller than expected when I gave you the exact measurements. Would you please reconsider as I value my ratings from my buyers and you were provided with this information in advance of your purchase. mmc160 @acgroden Hi, I’m sorry I didn’t have a good sense of the size-measurements. I assumed it was the same size as the one I had before which was bigger. That’s why I asked if it was a mini. But in fairness, you gave the right measurements. I will change my feedback and rating if you let me know how- I have looked and can’t find it. Thanks

acgroden @mmc160 Thanks so much for your response. I really appreciate it. I looked for the information and all I could find was the following: “If a buyer makes a mistake when leaving a rating, they may edit it through the app within 30 days of receiving the order.” All I can think of is go back through your “news” to the item and perhaps there may be an opportunity to amend the rating noted on your end. In any case, thanks for getting back to me and considering my request. 😊
