rodrigoguess378 Hi!!I'm really sorry.i misunderstood what an icepack was. my wife told me that it's some liquid in a posh.i though that it only needed some ice into that ZIPPER. sure you can send it back.it was my mistake. and I'm sorry about it.if you wish to keep it you don't need to send it back. just collect your money back and keep it and try to get an icepack for it.and again I'm sorry about issue.
