katyhull @molldoll1116 if you have an issue with your bag, I'd be happy to fully refund your money and you can ship it back to me. No pic had the detachable strap with it because I never used it- nor did I mention it in the listing. Additionally, I wiped the bag down inside and out so the item cleanliness being an issue?? It's a used bag- not new. Feel free to text or call me 336 207 2627. As stated, I'd be more than happy to take the bag back and refund your money.
