@trobinson611 hi there! The Chanel bag I have for sale says sold but it was not sold. I was out of town for business and was never able to ship. How do i get the sold sign taken off? Do i delete and then repost? I have reached out to the girl who I was supposed to ship it to in case she is still interested but I would like to have it listed as for sale still. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you!

@mkinlin Hi! Thanks for reaching out to me, and I'm happy to help 😊 I totally understand that & actually have had the issue myself. Now, I'm pretty sure there isn't a button or anything that will change it back to "for sale", what I have done in the past is to screenshot/use the photos from the initial listing and create a new one...

but I know having the "likers" is important too so i suggest emailing support and asking them to change it. I haven't tried that but it's worth a shot before having to make a whole new listing! If you end up having to do that, write a few of the likers names down and you can tag them in the new listing...which will also give them another chance to look at the bag. It's gorgeous😍
