For you to go on my listing and claim that the item looks nothing like the picture and request a refund is low class! I have no problem refunding people who are unhappy with their purchase if they do it with a little class and dignity! You don't go on the listing itself with crude remarks that are untrue! I am a top rated seller and stand behind my product. I would have had no problem refunding you if you would have handled it in a different manner

@missybean3 well I wouldn't be so upset if the picture wasn't so COMPLETELY different than what I got. It's not even the same color and the picture is not even remotely close to what the actual item is I received. That's false advertising and honestly If you're a seller it's your job to be truthful and therefore you basically lied about the item. So don't go saying I'm being rude when you sold me something totally different that what I thought I was buying.
