My item was shipped to a completely wrong address. USPS states that the item is undeliverable and is being returned to you. Return my money.

@m2donald Oh my gosh! I am unsure why it was shipped to a different address! The shipping label I have for you is for an address in Dacula, Georgia. I can assure you that the correct shipping label was put on your package. This has never been an issue before. I will call the USPS and make sure you receive your item. I have also not received your money since you didn't receive your package. I am willing to do whatever you would like to fix this situation.

I'm looking at usps website ... It's showing that the package made it to the post office in Grayson and then was declared undeliverable, but it shouldn't be delivered to any address, since it's president's day, and it was declared undeliverable 8 minutes after it arrived at the hub in Grayson.

What it shows is that it's being returned to me, so I can ship it out as soon as I get it, with the correct label, showing your address in Dacula, Georgia ... You can email me at gentzsch@pdx.edu to double check the street address.

I'm not sure how this got mixed up, when orders come in, I print off a label with the address provided by your account with postage paid and put it on the package. I've contacted Poshmark support and I plan on calling the post office in Grayson to try and get to the bottom of this. I'm going to do everything I can to fix this, and I'm so sorry for the trouble.

@m2donald I know, this is just so crazy! I've never had this issue before, and I'm still waiting to hear back from the Poshmark support team. I'm still going to call the postal hub in Grayson in the morning, as well. I just want to assure you that I want nothing more than to fix this situation in any way that I can. Honestly, I just want to make this right for you. I feel so terrible!

@m2donald So the answer I got from USPS is that the package was placed on the wrong delivery truck route for the address. There is still a very good chance that your package will actually arrive today, and that this was all just a misunderstanding on USPS's end. I'll let you know what the Poshmark team says as well.

@m2donald I just wanted you to see the email Poshmark support sent back to me. So there is no explanation as to why USPS made this mistake. I hope USPS was right, and that you received your package today. I'm going to call them again in the morning, if you haven't, and tell them my response from Poshmark. Again, I'm so sorry that this happened. I'm sure you are frustrated, as I am.

You know, I actually this is much better than having an actual physical shop just because you have so much more control over your products and don't have to stress about overhead. There's much more profit in this, plus you could actually meet people (like I have) who buy from you and resell in their own actual shops. There are lots of opportunities! It's wonderful! 💕

@tgvintage I think Posh parties can definitely be effective, especially when you're just starting out. It really helps put your closet and your items out there. Discounts help, and I checked out your closet and you have very competitive pricing! Also, when someone likes an item of yours, I've found that engaging with them in some way just to say thanks, or "feel free to make an offer!" is very effective!

@tgvintage @tgvintage I also do free gifts with purchases. Like beauty samples or manicure kits. It shows you put in extra effort to make the customer happy. You can find these things at dollar tree or somewhere in bulk for low cost. It definitely helps with returning customers 💕

@mollymayhem13 Are you able to authenticate an unmarked Vanessa Mooney? I bought a heavy brass necklace supposedly made by VM. Well made but I'm unable to find anything to prove it's by her. It looks more like a Natalie B I found online, except the chain is different. Her tag isn't on it and the back finish doesn't match the other necklace I do have that is a confirmed VM. I can point you to the listing. Thanks!

I think people get confused when VM does things for like Free People which commercializes her work and allows for more jewelry to copy her style. I'm sure people are doing this by mistake, but they definitely need to know that her work always has the VM mark.
