gailanne Hi I just saw your feedback from the items you purchased. I truly apologize if there was hair on the shu shu top. Not sure how that happened as I delinted and packed the items myself. As for the new with tags, it did have the shu shu retail tag on it when it was shipped. Not sure about price tag but brand retail tag was attached as listed.
