gtwolff Please read my comment on the Betsyville purple leopard purse that I bought from you. It has stains on the back and a few on the front. Noticed this today, as it was the first time I used it. Item is not in excellent condition:(

camned @msmollys Oh dear, while I was folding the sweater to package it, I found a seam that's busted. It's right where the hood meets the back of the sweater, I guess because the hood is folded down I never noticed it. I'm so sorry about this, I obviously didn't want to send it without you knowing and making you go through the trouble of returning it. I completely understand if you'd like to cancel the purchase. Once again, I'm really sorry.

mirijane Hi Molly, I was getting the skull&lace cardigan ready to send out today. But now there is an issue. I tried to give it one more pass with the lint remover and it caught a piece of thread and made a small tear on the sweater. 😞 I really didn't want to send it out without letting you know. I can post a picture of it if you'd like to see.

Let me know if you were able to fix it😊 I have this same bag in white I can look at it and see if it is good and can send you it to replace the black one but you keep both just let me know if you were able to fix it! Meanwhile I will check out the one 😊😍

I'm so surprised since I always buy stuff from Express and I've never had this issue😕🙁😔 However I have noticed lately that the quality of Express's products in general has gone down hill a lot 😔 I just bought jeans and they started to pull and threads came out after 1 wash😔
