@17acasanova Hi! The seller wasn’t helpful. Poshmark offered me $60 compensation for all the defects and color misrepresentation, which was stated as the max compensation allowed- that was the only solution. I verified with Chloe that this purse was not the smoked red it claimed and was produced in the first or second release of Chloe bags. I am not sure the seller was trying to deceive me as much as they just weren’t informed about the product they were selling. Hope that helps!
