italianainusa @mollycromer hi! I was finally able to talk to their team. I told them that at this point I really need a coat so I’m just going to keep it despite the issues and I’m taking it to the dry cleaner and tailor today to be able to use it tomorrow. They should release the money to you soon. If their office is closed for holidays I’m assuming you’ll get it next week.
