Hi! I'm Molly. I love animals, mindful/zen living, fitness and health which is why I live a vegan lifestyle and make a living by being a personal trainer. I'm obsessed with activewear and rarely get the chance to wear real clothes so I am always browsing Poshmark for cool leggings and workout tops! deefarm Hey I'm sorry I accepted purchase already but after opening them to try on I noticed there are two holes along the seam of the leggings.. Are you sure these are new?

deefarm @tamolly10 I looked back at the pictures and now that I know what I'm looking for, I think I can actually see one of the rips in the photo. I would just sew them myself but they're right by the mesh area so its not possible. I haven't tried them on yet either. I'm new to poshmark so I'm not really sure what the procedure is??

tamolly10 @deefarm Go into your section "my purchases" and go to our order. I think there's a button that says order problem/inquiry and you can say "order not as described". If you click that, I think it opens a case and you can discuss it with them there. I'm so sorry about this! I would never intentionally send something like that. I'm so bummed!

deefarm @tamolly10 I tried to open the "item not as described" but it wouldn't let me do anything from that area because I've already accepted the package which means you've already received my payment. It did say though that they would still help resolve the issue if it's within 72 hours of receiving the package, which it is. I ended up emailing customer support and explaining the issue. I guess if they agree to help I will just ship them back and ask for a refund? Does that sound okay to you?
