lmblair I also just saw the box after you opened it. I swear the box did not look like that when I shipped it. It looks like it went through a war! Everything was working fine prior to shipping. What a shame! Again, I’m very sorry!

cicchetti1 @lmblair ya. well unfortunately it wasn't packaged properly. Instead of wrapping it in paper, it should have been in a box. everything was damaged because of it.
