mollybode3 Hello! Sorry i am new to Poshmark and didn't realize this message was here. Yes I did receive it. I believe USPS forwarded to a different address by mistake but I have it now. Did you just send a refund?

new2udesigns Hi. I just wanted to check in with you and let you know that I did mail your leggings on Monday. However, they are not tracking yet. This happens quite frequently. I mailed four packages Monday and two are tracking and two are not. Makes no sense. I am keeping an eye on this and will report any update. My guess is based on experience it will start tracking when it reaches the destination post office.

new2udesigns Good morning! I was wondering if your leggings had arrived. The other package I mailed the same day as yours arrived yesterday without ever tracking. The buyer just let me know by going in the app and accepting the order. Please let me know if you have heard anything or have received the package. Thank you so much and have a good weekend.

new2udesigns Thanks so much for letting me know. If you dont receive them by Monday I can file a report with the post office or you can cancel the order. I have let Poshmark know the package isn't tracking. Fingers crossed they will show up. I've mailed almost 500 packages in the last 16 months and haven't had one not eventually show up. Thanks for your patience.

mollybode3 @new2udesigns the leggings did not come in the mail today. It is interesting- this happened one other time with a large order from different people and most items never were delivered. How do I go about cancelling the order?

new2udesigns @mollybode3 I'm sorry I dont have any updates. I can cancel the order if that's what you want to do. I'm going to file a report with USPS either way. If I cancel and the item shows up just please let me know. Poshmark will send you a free mailing label to send it back to me. I have never had this happen. I'm so sorry! Especially since its happened to you before. Ugh! Just confirm you want me to cancel and the money that is on hold should be released back to you fairly quickly.

new2udesigns @mollybode3 that is totally up to you. I filed the report with USPS today. I'm not sure how long it will take to get a response. I have confirmation that the package was picked up from my porch and I have all the info from the mailing label so it should be traceable. If you dont have an issue with your money being in limbo awhile longer and you really want the leggings, then yes I would give it a few more days. Just let me know.

new2udesigns @mollybode3 Today, I wrote an email to a supervisor at my local post office including the tracking number and the pick up confirmation. I have dealt with this woman before and she is usually very responsive. I don’t blame you a bit if you want to cancel the order. Just let me know.

new2udesigns @mollybode3 Poshmark canceled the order. Please make sure your money was released back to you. I'm going to continue to try to track them down with the post office. I either want them back or them to pay for them because they are insured when using priority mail. I'll let you know if I ever get them back in case you are still interested.
