Hi there,
I want to let you know that I always ship same or next day. You will see on the Canada Post tracking that you ordered the bag on Nov. 29 and I took it to the Post Office on Nov. 30. Unfortunately, shipping delays were beyond my control and Canada Post did indicate that they were experiencing delays due to Covid and high volume this holiday season. Really wish you could have received your order sooner. I do hope you enjoy it and wish you safe and Happy Holidays!
