tammy010101 Thank you for shipping it back to me. I have never done this before but they tell me once it is delivered back to me they credit you the money back. I then must make a new listing just for you so you can purchase again which is the only way it will track and I get a new label. I will let you know when I get it back and you can check if you received credit. Then we can do it all over again. Boy did I make a mess out of this so sorry!!!!

tammy010101 Hi I received it back thank you so much. Can you check and see if you received a credit for it? You can check by going to “My Balance” then “Balance Redeemable Activity “. I want to make sure you are credited for it. Once you are credited I will make a new listing for it and offer it to you again at a reduced price for all the trouble.
