vocalmo @aliciasilver6 I’m sorry if you felt like my first offer was a lowball, I certainly didn’t intend it that way. It was just a negotiation starting point as far as I was concerned. I was happily awaiting a counter from you. The sweater looks lovely and it seems like a fair price which is why I just went ahead and purchased it for full price.

elliedanni I purchased a Fossil watch with the understanding from your post that it just needed a nw battery. When I took it to a jeweler they told me it still wouldn’t work after replacing the battery. Now I have to send it to Fossil to see if they can repair it. I would suggest that if you are going to sell watches, at least test them to make sure they work. Or be more forthcoming about that in your posts.

vocalmo @elliedanni Oh no! I’m really sorry about that. I honestly had no idea there was anything wrong with it! I’ve had it for years and nothing ever happened to it - it has literally just been sitting protected in a jewelry case. When it just stopped working after some time, I, of course, assumed it was only the battery needing to be replaced. I feel really bad about this...

elliedanni @vocalmo I appreciate your apology. You gave me a great price on the watch. So I’m willing to send it off to Fossil to fix and hope it’s an inexpensive repair. I just thought it was important to note that maybe you should put new batteries in your watches to make sure they work before selling them.
