mochimeng @bredesigns ok that’s strange that you cannot see the return case - the bag arrived with damaged hardware, extreme fading of metallic gold leather, scratches throughout, and very warped shape. To be frank, it looked nothing like your listing pictures and the damages should have been clearly explained. I requested a full refund. As soon as Posh approves the return, I will pack it back up to be returned to you.

mochimeng @bredesigns It was listed in “fine” condition and the bag is clearly not in fine condition. The pictures I tagged to the claim proves that so I prefer to wait for Posh to approve the refund and send you your bag back. I’m sure you can find another buyer to purchase if you list it with the correct details in the future.
