sunnyhanger @monamelton Hi Mona. I’m so sorry you don’t love your top. I’m not sure how I could’ve better described the item. I took pictures from every angle and described the fabric. I strive for a 5⭐️ experience for every customer and take my Poshmark business very seriously. On that note, you not loving it is not a reason for a 3 star rating. But if I inaccurately described it please let me know. Again sorry you were not pleased.

treegreen95 @monamelton I did look back at my pictures and I’m very happy at what I put on there and the description that I described. You got your package within about five or six days, Which is well under the 10 to 12 days they were giving us for the holidays. I’m sorry if you don’t like the purse but it’s a beautiful purse on the outside it looks brand new. it was described on the inside.Thank you very much for purchasing.

treegreen95 I have sent in an email to Poshmark support, no I have not received anything from Poshmark in regards to the situation. After reviewing your purchase history I decided not to refund, there’s no reason to you clearly need the inside was not good from the description as well as the picture. It’s just dirty not torn. You might put some soap and water to it and you might be surprised how well it will come out.
