shopl2corner @betsyboop30 How do you handle when PoshMark delivery info has not updated but the items were sent and you have the USPS tracking?? Is there a way to manually enter the tracking so the buyer knows it’s on its way?

betsyboop30 Hi Mona, You can go into your sales by clicking on your account at the top right side of your screen, a drop Dow menu will show. Choose my sales, click on the item you sold and there is a place to message the buyer. Hope that helps 💕 Have a great day.

betsyboop30 If you still do not see the tracking you can notify Poshmark in the same screen where you message the buyer. Right below that is "problem with order" you can click on shipped but not tracking. There is a lot of information on that screen, scroll down to the bottom. 💕💕 🙂
