monicavee Hi! I wanted to apologize for your dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. I wanted to clarify that when I purchased the shoes they were 100% marked a size 9. I’m very sorry that they didn’t fit you properly. In terms of the thinness inside, that was the reason I sold the shoes. These were painful to walk in. I assumed it was my problem bc most heels hurt me. Once again I’m sorry and I hope that this offers clarification (in the very least) as I do try to be as transparent as possible.
