Hi Monica, I am so, so, SO sorry for the delay in shipment. My family is going through a pretty hectic time at the moment and coupled with things at work, I kept forgetting to print the label. I have it printed and the clarisonic packed, I will drop it in the mailbox tonight so it should get scanned tomorrow. Thank you so much for your patience, and I truly do apologize.
