Your item was already mailed out on July 3 at the postal office. July 4 was a public holiday and the postal office was closed, so the item is delayed. Tomorrow is the weekend, so you will have to wait until Monday. I am very sorry. You will receive the item in a few days, don’t worry.

Hello, check your tracking information please.The tracking information Online say:we attempted to deliver your item at 4:00 pm on July 8, 2019 in HOUSTON, TX 77004 and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning July 9, 2019. If this item is unclaimed by July 23, 2019 then it will be returned to sender.
