kirsten1994 Hey sorry girl for the late post but I went to drop it off yesterday and I got there too late they closed at 3 in their closed today because it sunday so tomorrow I will have them shipped I'm very sorry about all of this I actually got it all packed up and ready already so if you like a picture of what I have with it already packed in everything just let me know and I'll post it for you but I will have it shipped tomorrow

royadp Hi Monica, I just saw the pictures that you took from the shoes, they were in perfect condition when I shipped them. They must have been damaged during the shipping. I'm so sorry about that. This was one of my first sales and I'm still learning about the poshmark app. I don't know how the refund process goes but I would be glad to refund your money.
