cinderellison @monicamariamack - Reduced shipping costs also come out of a seller’s proceeds. The $4.99 shipping was with the $14 offer. When a buyer makes a different offer, the shipping reverts back to $6.49. So the $13 offer is with the full shipping cost. I don’t think I can resend the original offer to you. PM makes you wait 30 days to make the same offer to the same Likers. Basically $14 + $4.99 shipping is only 50c different than $13 + $6.49 shipping.
