saratogalove I’m so sorry about sending you the wrong size leggings!! I must have sent the wrong pair to another buyer on a different platform. If I hear from that buyer, I’ll encourage her to return them and get her and your order right!! Again, my apologies for my mix up

mjkucera @saratogalove hey!! it's seriously no problem to me at all! I actually already took off the tags and wore them for a bit but if the other buyer really wants the large im happy to swap. Sorry i missed your earlier message!

saratogalove @mjkucera thanks for the response! I will let you know as soon as I hear from her, she’s still waiting for her order to be delivered. I’ll let her know you have worn them, etc. if she doesn’t want to switch, I’ll just have her return her order. And if you want the correct size you can open a case for the wrong item sent. I’ll let you know after I hear from the other buyer

mjkucera @saratogalove sounds good- so sorry I didn't see your message before ripping off the tags! they fit just fine, and I love them so much I didn't care they were a large haha. I definitely am alright keeping them if that works for everyone, no need to go through any fuss!

mjkucera @saratogalove Hey! so I got an email from Poshmark to open a case and to say the order is "not as described" but we've surpassed the 72 hour window so it won't let me. I'm fine keeping the Large but do you still want me to do anything on my end?

saratogalove PM will not authorize a return for this item because you completed the sale. The buyer on M has been authorized to return hers so they will be on their way to me. If you want to send the large back to me I will send you the medium and reimburse your postal fee for sending them back to me. It’s all I can think to do at this point, since Poshmark has no flexibility in handling a return. It’s up to you, I understand if you’re hesitant though.

mjkucera @saratogalove Hey! What a bummer. I feel bad for the other buyer but the large actually fits me well and I'd love to keep them. If I returned them I probably wouldn't want the medium. Sorry for the confusion and now I know if I receive a wrong item I won't accept it. Thanks for all the help.
