mariamaria982 I very sorry, I am requesting that you receive a full refund immediately. We go to great lengths to make sure everything is perfect, something like this is very disappointing to me...I possibly see why this happened, the former owner may have been a smoker, this type of jacket is dry clean only and I simply preserved it in plastic as is, and it was sample as well..
