trendsbeauty I do not know how to contact you directly but im very disheartened by your review. I use the same stuff from same supplier and have for a few years now. I also have professional buyers. Never a issue. Please note that the product needs to be left on for at least 15 minutes and it is recommended that cellophane is placed over it while it sits. I have prof clients that allow it to sit 30 mins.
