When do you plan to ship the yellow Vera Bradley backpack? I know this isn't your problem, but I ordered this same backpack from another seller who sent my product to the wrong place. My daughter is heartbroken every day it isn't here (she's 4 & in love with her new "lellow packpack") & her teacher is highly irritated that I'm taking so long getting one. We would REALLY appreciate it if you could get it to us as quickly as possible! Looking forward to your reply! ❤
