We make the zip JE EP jackets and company has been slow to ship jackets. May be a couple days before shipped. Just wanted you to know about delay

Hi. I saw you said something about the zipper. We looked at it before shipping. And had also just got in from company. If you would like us to replace it I can. It is a brand new hoodie from our tshirt company.

@blingiton2u this took way longer than I was expecting to get. I wanted it for this weekend and I luckily got it today. The product isn’t what I was expecting. The product description should say, “Very thin material, runs large and you won’t get your product for a while.”

@mleslie9 we are at mercy of company when we order items. This is a standard item that I expected to be in stock. Unfortunately it was on backorder. We had our designs ready to go as soon as we rcvd garment shipped same day.
The weight is heavier than a tee and not as heavy as a fleece sweatshirt.
I've offered to replace if needed for the fraying on zipper. We inspected prior to shipping and the condition was approved. Also offered my cell to contact me regarding exchange.

@blingiton2u yes I know. But like I previously stated. It’s too late. The zipper fell off I threw it away. I wanted it for Jeep weekend, and that was last weekend.

@mleslie9 I have 6 other zip tops that I got at the same time. I asked you if defective send back to me and I'd replace. I can make a claim w the company and get refund but have to see the item.
Let me know what you'd like to do. I w carried this line/ brand for 10 years and haven't had an issue. I'm not saying there can't be a problem just that we didn't see when it was inspected prior to sending. We look at everything when we press items
