mxj_make_deals2 Hi Monica! I’m fairly new to Poshmark and I have a question. Why do poshers put one item in a bundle? Are they just looking for a personal discount, or do they want me to add more items for them to consider and then give them a personal discount?

mthill13 @mxj_make_deals2 Hello welcome to the Posh family. Yes, sometimes Poshers will bundle 1 item to see if you will give a private discount on that one item. You can also recommend things to them in their dressing room, but I don't think you can actually add to their bundle unless you create a separate listing with their bundled items.

I usually offer a 30% discount on bundles, but they’re not always accepted. I’m like, what, do they want the items free???!!!😆😆😆 Sheesh😏

There are some people that are low ballers, but I think it's important for you to have an idea of the lowest you are willing to accept for an item. Sometimes you may accept a lower offer if it's something you really want to move or has not been given much attention.

With a share group you typically sign up daily and commit to sharing from other Posher's closet who sign up that day.

I think initially you will need to develop your followers as this is the group that you are sharing your listings to. Initially I did this by joining sharing groups, but primarily do it now through various follower games. I will tag you on a few.

Some successful posters have done well mainly because they list new things on a regular basis and share their items 2-3 times per day.

mthill13 @lorikarpman Hello, to be honest I have never purchased or sold anything in Canada. There is a way to switch between US and Canada on the top left under the Posh Market section. If you click the flag you can switch back and forth. When I open the listing, It shows me the option to make an offer or buy items, but not sure if it would allow me to complete a transaction.

mthill13 @marissacsparks You need to set up payment options. Try clicking on your username (bottom right). Then go to “My balance”, then there should be an option for redemption activity and I believe there it will give you the option to decide how you want to get paid.

marissacsparks @mthill13 I did all that. Then I got couple message saying thier trying to buy my item and that payment t to me was declined. They the. Instructed me to buy Apple Card total of $600 to activate and be able to receive payment. :(

mthill13 @marissacsparks sounds like a scam, I would reach out to Poshmark. Never take money outside of the platform to make sure you protect yourself.

marissacsparks @mthill13 I did reach out to posh many times. I got no help, the one who responded are the one who scammed me. Hard to trust. I’ve documented everything and I lost $600

mthill13 @marissacsparks Sorry you experienced that. Poshmark is probably not going to help you recover the money as they instruct not to take transactions off the site. They may be able to block that used or something do it doesn’t happen to someone else. Although they will just open a new account.

mthill13 @marissacsparks Scammers target newer accounts. Never communicate off Poshmark even via email or other platforms you are using there is no reason. You should not have to spend money for an Apple Card if they are paying you. If anything it would be the other way around.
