monilaine @mrshowelljr You are so sweet. I was willing to offer your asking but they tack on sales tax and that pushed it over my budget a bit. (In one post you mentioned possibly taking an offer so thought I’d try!) I appreciate your transparency so much in telling me your bottom line. And I completely understand!!! Your price is right on but with sales tax it bumps it up even more. (Hope I don’t lose the bag while I contemplate!!)
