monicapnr I have some good news. I contacted an acquaintance of mine who is a postmaster and she told me that more than likely it was dropped in a wrong bin and that's why it wound up in Illinois. The good news is that I checked the tracking this morning and it looks like it is on its way to me as it was coming thru San Antonio and that's how my mail is routed before it gets to my city. Anyway, have no worries because it looks like I will be getting my dress before the end of the week.
