dannyperrino Hi Monica. Sorry to hear that the Kat Von D Palette arrived damaged. That's the first time I've encountered that problem with the shipment of this product. If I'm not mistaken I believe I sent it in a bubble wrapped envelope.The post office must office must have really mishandled the package. Again sorry for the inconvenience.

monicagypsy @dannyperrino it’s ok, the shade that broke is still mostly there, like just the top of it broke off or something. It was mostly just that it was a pain be that fine powder goes everywhere. It was in a bubble wrap envelope, but yeah, with how rough postal workers can be I think it might be a good idea to double or triple wrap it. I’ve seen some crazy videos of them throwing packages onto porches. I do appreciate the fast shipping.
