Hi Monica, I’m sorry the bibs arrived the way that they did as they were DEFINITELY not like that when I packaged them up. It’s been very damp and rainy here so perhaps they collected some moisture in transit. I would never knowingly ship something that way. Regardless, I’m sorry they arrived the way they did.
