tamgal73 @mgrant32 Hello, I just received my package for the 3 bracelets that I ordered. I have ordered from you in the past and everything came to me as described and I was very happy. This time, the items were sent in plastic bags with writing on the outside and wrinkled. Not appropriate to be given as gifts. Also, one of the bracelets is photographed from behind and it looks like the front view has been removed since I purchased it? The beading is twisted? I'm very unhappy.

mgrant32 @tamgal73 Hi there, I am very sorry you are not happy with your purchase. the plastic packaging is actually what it comes in from the vendor. I usually remove that and I guess I didn't this time. I packaged quite a few orders that day and I apparently took a short cut. I apologize for that. Did you by chance receive the fabric storage bag with the bracelets. Hopefully I didn't forgot those too 🤦‍♀️. I would like to make this right. Would you like to return the bracelets and get a refund?
