Hi Monica, I tried on the skirt last night after I got your message and it's such a beautiful skirt I don't feel good about selling it for less than $55. It is anthropologie and is new with tags. That also seems fair because it is a mid point between what I listed and what you offered. I will counter offer, please let me know either way.
