thriftygirllove Hi Monica! I’m so sorry, I just realized I accidentally shipped you a dress instead of the Romper you ordered😱. I feel awful and apologize for the inconvenience. I have just contacted posh mark and hope to get these switched orders turned around as soon as possible. I’m so sorry!

thriftygirllove @monicamccauley Hello, Poshmark responded and said you should open a formal return case. I am so sorry!!! I feel awful and am very sorry for the inconvenience!!! 😔 once you get the return label from poshmark and ship I can ship you the Romper. If you would like a refund we could do that as well. Im so sorry!

monicamccauley @thriftygirllove it’s ok, stuff happens!! So. It sure what to do as I’m pretty new to Poshmark. I have to file something with them to return what I have? I still definitely want the romper as I want it for our vacation in a couple weeks!!!

thriftygirllove @monicamccauley No problem, go to “my purchases” there you should see a list of items you have purchased. Once you find the romper, click on it and on the bottom there should be an order/problem inquiry button you can push. There you can explain that you received the wrong order and they will send you a shipping label for return. Thank you so much!

monicamccauley @thriftygirllove no problem! I just sent them an e-mail explaining what happened and asked for a label to send this back ASAP. I’ll let you know when I get a response.

So Poshmark just sent me an e-mail saying they have cancelled the order for the romper, refunded the money and said I don’t need to send the shirt I received back. Not sure why they did that! I really don’t want to keep this shirt as it does not belong to me! I just want the romper! Can I just maybe order it again and return this shirt back to you directly? Maybe we can take price of shipping off the romper and call it even?

Poshmark refunded money, cancelled order and told me to keep the bcbg shirt I got. I just want the romper! I can send this other shirt back to you directly if you can ship out the romper?
