bboopers54 I would suggest you not return the dress yet because I am protesting the return. The measurements were clearly stated in the sizing chart you should have read the measurements different brands, different sizing issues. That’s why I included the measurements in inches so you could see what is closest to your own measurements.

bboopers54 @mbourne2 Hopefully you have learned a lesson from this when measurements are clearly provided you look at them before purchasing. I am still protesting this return. The sizing issue is on you the buyer not me the seller.
