ws3 Just got your rating on the gray pants you bought. Was there a problem with them that you rated 4/5? I probably only wore them a couple times and then it was only to church which would’ve been for a couple hours so they were practically “like new” I always ship things within a day of purchase-you have no comment so I would like to know the problem.

katielposh Hi Monica! I got your feedback on the top you received today. I described the fabric in the listing and included a photo of the actual garment tag in the listing. I don’t know how I could improve on this because you said you thought the fabric was thicker, but it was described in multiple ways in the listing. I am confused by your rating and comment b/c I also wear a 8.5 - 9 and I have an identical pair of the Sofft sandals in size 10 and they fit exactly as they should. I am confident my listing was in no way a misrepresentation of the item. Every pair of Sofft shoes I have sold or own are the same - they size large. This pair is no different. I can even squeeze into an 8 if I had to and these are no where near too big. Thanks for your time.

monymiw @tammyh888 hi I received the packages today unfortunately because I do cross the Mexican border because I live in Mexico the Border Patrol on secondary inspection did cut open the top of the package so I will have to take it to UPS and resend it. It won't be until either Monday or Tuesday because I'm off work Saturday and Sunday and like I said before I live in Mexico and can't sent it from there. I don't know what the shipping fee is going to be
