Monica. I just messaged them to please refund your money ASAP. This is so weird. I mean if it was an overseas package surely they would have notified me re “Shipping over seas”. There has to be an explanation. But one way or another you will get your refund. ❤️

Monica. Do not accept the bracelet. Open a case ASAP and I will email poshmark right now. I will have poshmark give you a full refund and you can either keep that bracelet if you like it or I will send another at no charge. When u open the case, take a picture too. As for the the bracelet with the bow I could keep it. It's very very nice its just not my favorite or would you like for me to return it to you. How do I open a case? This is the first time for me. Thanks for your help..

FYI I emailed poshmark again. I explained I was sent the incorrect merchandise from the seller and I have not received a refund. Earlier I suggested an alternative that is I return the bracelet to you and in return I you send me the correct bracelet. If you agree I will manually accept the purchase via Poshmark and move forward with the return. If this situation cannot be resolved between us or poshmark whichever comes first I will resort to leagal action.
