wizofwardrobe @gettingstitchfi Hi, that’s pretty frustrating. The first thing to do is leave a comment on the item you purchased asking about it. If the seller doesn’t respond, you can go to My Purchases (in your account tab; last one to the right on the app) and choose Problems/Order Inquiry. You can cancel the order there (but I think you have to wait 8 days). Let me know if you need more help.
